How to Transfer a Call with Continuious Recording
Step 1. While on a Live call and ready to transfer the lead, left click on the Transfer / Conference button on the right side of your screen.
Step 2. Transfer Conference window will appear. You can manually input the phone number in the field Number to Call, use the Speed Dial or Select the Transfer Number from the drop down window. Use either the Dial With Customer or Park Customer Dial button when transferring a call.
Note: Continuous Recording will not work if Blind Transfer is used.

Step 3. Once connected to the other number, agent must click the Leave 3-Way Call for the System to continuously record the conversation.
