7.12. How to play a prerecorded presentation message
When you are using a presentation audio file, these are the steps to play the message to the Lead
Step 1. While on a live call, click the "Transfer Conference" button on the right side of the screen.
Step 2. Choose the message to be played on the drop down menu.
Step 3. Click on the "Play message" button to play the message.
If you wish to stop the message from playing, please do the following instructions listed below.
Step 1. Click on the Transfer/Conf button again to close the transfer window so the message line can be identified.
Step 2. Click on "HANGUP" next to the Custom Message that is playing. This option will stop the message from playing and still keep the lead on the line.
If done properly, a confirmation message shall appear as shown below.
By now the pre-recorded message has stop playing after doing these steps. If the agent wishes to end the call, the agent simply click on hang up and select a status for the call.
