7.4. How to Create a NEW LEAD
Note: Before agent can create a new lead, this feature needs to be activated first in the Admin Interface.

Step 1. Login to the agent interface usign the URL http://agent.safesoftsolutions.com.
Step 2. Click on the New Lead tab.
Step 3. Select the list from the drop down menu and enter the phone number in the Phone number field.
There are two option to create a new lead.
Option1. Using the Create button.
After clicking the Create button, the New Lead will now open in the Current Call window and is ready to be contacted by clicking Call Lead tab and choosing the Home Phone.
Option 2: Using the Create and Call button.
By clicking the Create and Call button, system will dial the phone number immediately.
