10.1. How to use the Agent CRM Search
Admin will need to configure the Agent CRM Settings first.

Step 1: Login to URL http://agent.safesoftsolutions.com using your User credentials.
Step 2: Click on the CRM button.
Step 3: Select the parameters of the search and click the "Search" button.
The search can have as many or few parameters as needed:
- Click the "Add" button to add a field to your search parameters.
- Click "Remove" to take it away.
Note: If a search field is left blank the results will have any lead that has no data in the blank field.

Example: Search for all leads that belong to user with phone number equal to 7542568545
Example: Search for all leads that belong to user with STATUS of HU – Hung Up
Example: Search for all leads that belong to user with First Name equal to "Dan"
