How to Make a Manual Call to a Lead
Step 1: Login to the URL http://agent.safesoftsolutions.com using your User credentials.
Step 2: Left click on the "CRM" button on the left hand side of the screen.
Step 3: Choose, "Phone Number" Type the lead phone number on the phone number lookup field
Step 4: Left Click on the Search button.
Step 5: Once you have located the lead that you would like to call, Please left click on the OPEN button.
Step 6: You will then see the Current Call screen with the lead details.
Step 7: You can then call the lead by hovering over the "Call Lead" button and left clicking on Home Phone to call their primary number.
Step 8: From here it is now just an ordinary call. You simply end and disposition the call as normal.
