Step 1: Login to the URL http://admin.safesoftsolutions.com using your Admin credentials.
Step 2: Click on Account Settings.

Glossary of options
HIDE COMMENTS: Hides the comments on the agents screen for the lead/customer.
SHOW IMPORT BUTTON: When searching for leads, allows the agent to import the lead info to the currently viewed contact, updating the contact.
HIDE PRINT NOTES: When viewing the lead, limits the print function to display ONLY lead info, and not extra data.
FORCE DISPO COMMENTS: The agent will be forced to add a comment in the disposition after a call before they are able to submit.
FORCE CALLBACK STATUSES: Multi-select field that forces the callback window to show for any leads assigned to the selected dispositions.
SHOW NEW LEAD BUTTON: Allows for a New Lead button to show on the Agent Interface to create a new lead.
HIDE PHONE NUMBER: Hides the phone number of the lead on the Agent Interface.
SHOW APPOINTMENT BUTTON: N/A
FORCE PAUSE AGENT DIALING: Forces the agents to pause after each call (Where they would click Resumeto continue)
USE LEAD CALLER ID: Shows the leads phone number as the call is placed rather then the set caller id in the campaign.
ALLOW UPLOAD STATUS/USER: Enables drop-down menus to map new leads to existing statuses or users.
HIDE LEAD HISTORY: Hides call history when viewing a lead.
FORCE AGENT LOGOUT: Forces the agent logout after a certain amount of inactivity time set (Example: After 60 minutes of inactivity the agent will be logged off and will be given a warning before this happens to click resume to stay logged in)
REALTIME STATUSES: Multi-select field that allows the Admin to display the selected statuses in the Real Time Report.
WRAP UP MESSAGE DELAY: option for the wrap up message to delay when it appear on the Agent Interface.
WRAP UP MESSAGE: field where you will input your personalize wrap up message.
IP ACCESS LIST: only IP address listed below will give access to the users.
TURN OFF SAVE LEAD WARNING: this will disable the notification to Save or Cancel the currently open lead when on Preview Dial mode.
SHOW SEND EMAIL BUTTON: it will show the send email button in the Agent Interface if the box is check.
Group Split by (Field) & Group Split X Characters From Start are features that are not yet applied in the system.
