How to Activate the Extended-Alternate Phone Number Dialing
Step 1. Go to the House Admin and search for the customer's account
Step 2. On the customer's account go to Service Details>>Info.
Step 3. Look for the Enable Alt Number section and set it to YES and then, click on Update Account button to apply the changes.
