How to Report Issue in VoIP Monitor
Upon logging in to the VoIP Monitor and clicking the CDR, it should automatically show you all of the recent calls going through the Safesoft Call server.
Note: It is ideal that your PC clock is set up the same as our server timezone (America/Los Angeles) – Pacific Time.
If in any case the VoIP Monitor is not showing any call recordings, send an email right away to the following recipients. Network Engineers, Brian Weiss, Ernie Babinski and Robert Abot.
