Scenario: Customer subscribed to multiple dial-in numbers and agents dial different numbers everyday. Some of his agents are also logging in using the embedded and external softphones.
Step 1. Search for the Client ID using the SSC.
Step 2. Click on the tab Service Details and then, Info.
Step 3. Under the Info tab, select Yes for the Disable Embedded Phone and then, click on Update Account.
Step 4. Refresh the page and then, go back to the Service Details. Input one of the Dial-in number in the field Default Dial-in Number and then, click on the tab Update Account.
Step 5. Set the Disable Embedded Phone to No and then, saved the settings by clicking the Update Account button.
In this example, one of the user is configured to use IAX2, SIP and two dial-in numbers.
So, when this user tries to login to the Agent Interface this user has an option to which connection type he wants to use.
