Lead reports are one of the most commonly used reports within the system. This is because by using the additional fields, you can pull any or all of the information from your lead fields and include them in the export. This is especially helpful if you need to send the report to 3rd parties.
From the Dashboard, click on Report and select Custom Reports from the drop-down.
Click on Common Reports and select Lead Report from the Dropdown Options.
To run a report based on a specific Time range:
- Click on Date Range Button
- Select the preferred Time Range
- Click on Apply
To Add Additional Filters based on Admin’s preference,
- Click on Filters
- Add the Preferred Filters
Filters - Filter results using Call Types, Users, Campaigns, Queues, Statuses, and Lists
Additional Filters - Select a field that you want to display on the report.
Break Down - Set the results to Horizontal or Vertical Break Down.
- Click on Apply
You may also include additional fields in your Lead Report by going to the Additional fields and add the lead info you need. In the example below, the Email column is added to the report.
Results will be listed in Results Section
Note: If a list or a campaign were deleted, you can still run a report but it will show the name of the list as "Deleted list (ID number)" and campaign as "Deleted campaign (ID number)".
To download the results to your computer, click on Export to CSV and save the file.
To save the report settings for future use, click on Save Report.
