If you have given your agents the ability to create new leads, you may want to restrict where the new lead is created. You can do this be setting the default list for all new leads on a campaign.
From the Dashboard. Go to Call Center and select Campaigns.
Under Show Campaigns, Click on the Action Button and select Settings
On Campaign Settings, click the Leads tab
Scroll down to Lead Creation Settings and select the List for Default List for New Leads. All leads will now be created on the selected list.
Click on Apply Changes
