The only way to increase the number of leads that are dialed at any given time is through the Dialer Settings found in Campaign settings.
- Login to the URL https://admin.convoso.com/login using your Admin credentials.
- In the Dashboard. Go to “Call Center” and select “Campaigns”
- Under Show Campaigns, Click on the "Action Button" and select "Settings"
- Click "Outbound Settings Tab"
- In Dial Method select Power Dial
- Select the number of lines the system will dial for agents logged in.
Note: Max Dial Level depends on the account settings and dialer plans of a client
The higher the number, the more leads the system will dial consistently.
- Click on Apply Changes to save the setting.
