Power Dial is the most common dial method within the system. Power dial allows you to set a ratio which says for every one agent logged in, dial a certain amount of leads. To dial more lines, change the dial level to a higher number. To dial less lines, change it to a lower number. Always remember to check your drop rating before changing your dial level to ensure that you do not go above 3%.
In the Dashboard. Go to Call Center and select Campaigns.
Under Show Campaigns, Click on the Action Button and select Settings.
Click Outbound Settings Tab.
In Dial Method select Power Dial.
Select the number of lines the system will dial for agents logged in.
Dial Levels Increments:
Incremented by 1 for Dial Levels 1 to 29.
Incremented by 10 for Dial Levels 30 to 99.
Incremented by 20 for Dial Levels 100 to max.
Example of Dial Level with Increment: Dial level is 1.5 and there are 4 agents on Available. The system will dial 6 leads.
Note: Max Dial Level depends on what you have contracted for
The higher the number, the more leads the system will dial consistently.
