This FAQ will guide you on how to play an announcement in a call.
In a call, you will see different Call buttons in the upper right part of the agent interface page.
Press the Transfer button to open the Transfer Conference Functions window.
This is the Transfer Conference Functions window. Go to the PBX Destinations tab. Click on the drop down option on the right, and select Announcements. This will display all available announcements that your admin has setup.
You may also use the Search box to narrow down your search in looking for available announcements.
To play the announcement while you and the lead are on the line, please click on Dial (Dial with Customer) button. To confirm that you’ve successfully connected the announcement in the call, you will see the announcement name being displayed in the Live Transfer list found in the upper right side of the Transfer Conference Functions window.
You will see all connected announcements that are currently connected in the Live Transfer list.
To mute the transfer line please click the Mute button.
To raise or lower the volume, you may use the Volume buttons.
To disconnect announcement from the call, you may use the Close button.
