This option allows the admin to add queue priority. Here are the steps to follow:
From the Dashboard, click on Phone System and select PBX Queues Priorities
Under Queues Priority, click on Add Queue Priority
Under Add Queue Priority, you can now edit Queue Priority Instance and Destination
- Description - The descriptive name of this Queue Priority instance.
- Priority - The Queue Priority to set.
- Destination – Select the destination of the queue.
Click on Apply Changes to save the settings.
