This option allows the admin to add queue priority. Here are the steps to follow:
- From the Dashboard, click on Phone System and select PBX Queues Priorities
- Under Queues Priority, click on Add Queue Priority
- Under Add Queue Priority, you can now edit Queue Priority Instance and Destination
- Description - The descriptive name of this Queue Priority instance.
- Priority - The Queue Priority to set.
- Destination – Select the destination of the queue.
- Click on Apply Changes to save the settings.
