There are several reasons to export leads from the Convoso system, the most common reasons are that you are done with a campaign or you need to free up lead capacity.
For instructions on how to export your leads, please read below.
From the Dashboard, click on Call Center and select Leads from the drop down.
In the Manage Leads Section, search the leads/list that you want to export by using the Filter By field and then click on Export Lead Results.
You can also select Start/End Date and Time (In PST) when the leads were created or last called.
Note: This message box will appear when Export Lead Results is clicked but admin didn't search for anything. There's a limit of 250,000 leads per export.
If the export is small, the browser will automatically download the Leads to a CSV. File. Click on Save then OK and then check your computer's Downloads Folder.
If the export is large, it will download in the background and you will need to go to Reports and then Exports to find your file. You will get a Success Window saying Export called! Please check Exports page for more information.
If you get the notification saying Export Called, click on Reports and then Exports.
On the Manage Exports page, click on the Download button to download the file. (Note: Check the date and time of the exported file to make sure your downloading the correct file.The newest files are on top by default).
