How to Restrict Lead Search Capabilities
This FAQ will discuss how to change the search capability of an agent.
- Login to https://admin.convoso.com/login using your Admin Credentials.
- From the Dashboard, click on “Account” and select “Users” from the drop down.
- Under Show Users, click “Action button” and select “Settings” from the drop down
- Click on “Data Access Level Tab” and scroll down to “Agent Queue Access Level”
- Scroll down to the bottom and look for Lead Access Level.
- Change the "Allow User to Search" from Everyone’s Leads or Their Leads Only
- Click on “Apply Changes” button.
