In order to change the layout from the default, you will need to create a custom layout. This is useful if you need to add values that are important that you will need for each lead that is in your account. The following steps will show you how to add a layout.
Please Note: You can edit the default layout at any time, this is to create a second layout.
From the Dashboard, click on CRM and select Lead Layouts & Fields from the drop down.
In Manage Layout, click Add Layout button.
Type in the name of the Layout in Form Name field and click Apply Changes button.
Once the Layout has been created, you can now EDIT the layout.
