This option allows the admin to create Callback. Here are the steps to follow:
- From the Dashboard, click on Phone System and select Callback
- Click on Add Callback
- Configure Call back settings
- Callback Description – Enter a description for this callback
- Callback Number – Optional: Enter the number to dial for the callback. Leave this blank to just dial the incoming Caller ID Number.
- Delay Before Callback – Optional: Enter the number of seconds the system should wait before calling back.
- Configure Destination after Callback - This is where the lead will be transferred after the Callback. Click on the drop down arrow for the Destination Type and select the desired destination
- At the lower right hand corner, click on Apply Changes to save the settings.
