This option allows the admin to create Callback. Here are the steps to follow:
Step 1. Login to the URL https://admin-lax.convoso.com/login using your Admin credentials
Step 2. From the Dashboard, click on (A) “Phone System” and select (B) "Callback"
Step 3. Click on (C) "Add Callback"
Step 4. Configure Call back settings
- Callback Description – Enter a description for this callback
- Callback Number – Optional: Enter the number to dial for the callback. Leave this blank to just dial the incoming Caller ID Number.
- Delay Before Callback – Optional: Enter the number of seconds the system should wait before calling back.
Step 5. Configure Destination after Callback
This is where the lead will be transferred after the Callback. Click on the (D) drop down arrow and (E) select the desired destination
Step 6. At the lower right hand corner, click on (F) "Apply Changes" to save the settings.
