Here we will discuss how to listen to or download recordings of your calls. The recordings can only be seen if you have recordings enabled on the campaign or if the agents have the ability to record them while they are on the call.
Note: Audio recordings are available within 24 hours from the time of the call. In most cases, the recordings are available within 2-3 hours from the time of the call. Recordings are guaranteed available for 30 days after the call even if the leads are deleted, and may or may not be available beyond that time period.
There are two ways to check your recordings. The first is to go to Reports and then Recordings. We will go over this first. The second is to go to Reports then Call Logs, we will cover that below.
Method 1 - Recordings page
From the Admin Dashboard, click on Reports and select Recordings from the drop-down menu.
You can search for your recordings by selecting Start/End and Time (In Pacific Standard Time) and using the Filter By field. There are several options you can filter by as seen below. If you want to search by phone number, you will need to go to Reports then Call logs and set the filter to the phone number.
Results will be listed below
If you want to Play the Recordings, click on the Play Icon (the arrow button).
If you want to Download the Recordings, click on the Download icon.
You can also click on the clipboard icon to copy the recording link.
If you want to download multiple recordings, select the recordings and click on Download as Zip File.
Method 2 - Call Logs Page
From the Admin Dashboard, go to Reports and then Call Logs.
To search for your recording, use the Filter By section.
As you can see there are many filters you can use here, phone number included. You can both listen to and download recordings from this page however, you cannot download multiple recordings at the same time. To do that, you will need to go back to reports and then recordings.
If you want to Play the Recordings, click on the Play Icon (the arrow button).
If you want to Download the Recordings, click on the Download icon.
You can also click on the clipboard icon to copy the recording link.
Reminder: Once the recording file is saved on your computer, you may play and listen to it using your computer's default multimedia player. Windows has its own called Windows Media Player.
