Note: Audio recordings are to be available within 24 hours from the time of the call. In most cases the recordings are available within 2-3 hours from the time of the call and are available for 30 days after the call.
Step 1: Log In to the URL https://admin-lax.convoso.com/login using your Admin credentials.
Step 2: From the Dashboard, click on (A) “Reports” and select (B) “Recordings” from the drop down.
Step 3: Search for your recordings
Step 4: If you want to Play the Recordings, click on the (C) “Play” Icon
Step 5: If you want to Download the Recordings, click on the (D) “Download” Icon
Step 6: If you want to download multiple recordings, select the recordings (E) and click on (F) "Download as Zip File"
