Step 1: From the Dashboard, click on (A) “Dialer” and select (B) “Campaigns” from the drop down.
Step 2: Under Show Campaigns, click (A) “Action button” and select (B) “Settings” from the drop down
Step 3: In Campaign Settings, click on (A) “Advance Configurations” and select (B) “Survey/ Broadcast Settings” from the drop down.
Step 4: Configure the following:
OPT In Settings
- OPT In Digit: Select the number that the number will select to OPT IN
- Transfer Method: Set this option to “Agent Transfer” and Call Routing Method. This will send the call to the next available agent logged in to the campaign.
Step 5: Click on “Apply Changes” in the bottom of the page when done.
