When clicking on Reset Hopper, this clears out all leads from the hopper and then loads new ones based on your campaign settings. It is always best to Force reset of the hopper after uploading new lists or making changes to dial statuses and lead orders.
Step 1. Login to the URL http://admin.safesoftsolutions.com using your Admin credentials.
Step 2. Click on the tab Campaigns and then, Show Campaigns.
Step 3. Choose the Campaign to have the hopper reset, and click on Settings.
Step 4. Scroll down to Section 12 - Leads and List Settings and click Reset Hopper.
Step 5. You will get a confirmation window if Hopper was reset successfully (You will need to wait at least a minute to start dialing again as the hopper will need to fill up again)
