- Once enabled on Preview mode, this feature will automatically dial the currently opened lead based on the time (secs) selected in the drop down menu. This can be used to prevent agents for being idle for too long and to be more productive while they are login.
Step 1. Login to the URL http://admin.safesoftsolutions.com using your Admin credentials.
Step 2. Click on the tab Campaigns and then, Show Campaigns.
Step 3. Select the Campaigns that you want to configure by clicking the pencil icon under Settings.
Step 4. Scroll down to Section 3 - Dialer Speed and select the desired time (minimum of 1 second and a maximum of 120 seconds) under Progressive Dial Seconds.
Step 5. Click the Save Changes button down at the bottom of the screen to apply the changes.
Once the agent logs in to the Agent Interface, a timer will show and start to count down and automatically dial the currently opened lead once it reaches zero.
Agent can also bypass the timer by clicking the Call Lead tab and selecting the available phone number (Home Phone, Cell Phone or Work Phone) if they want to call the lead right away instead of waiting for the timer to elapse.
Clicking the GET LEAD button once will stop the auto dial.
Clicking it twice will skip the currently opened lead and will pull out the next lead and then, timer will start again.
