Step 1. Login to the Admin Interface using the URL http://admin.safesoftsolutions.com using your Admin credentials.
Step 2. Click on the tab Inbound and then, In-Groups.
Step 3. Select the In-Groups by clicking the pencil icon under Settings.
Step 4. Go to the Main Section.
Group ID: Unique In-group ID.
Group Name: Name Identifier of the Group.
Group Color: Color Identifier of the Group.
Fronter Display: If you want to display the name of the ingroup in transfer options.
In-Group Priority: This value allows you to prioritize Inbound versus Outbound calls and another Inbound calls to another ingroup. As an example, when a call of each type terminates into the system at the same time, the type of call with the higher numerical value will be routed to an agent. Values for Inbound range from -99 to +99 while the Outbound value range is from -50 to +50.
