- After all leads inside the list have been dialed, the system won't dial any leads in that list yet until you reset your list. Resetting the list allows the system to dial the leads again if their statuses falls under the dialable statuses category.
Step 1. Login to the URL http://admin.safesoftsolutions.com using your Admin credentials.
Step 2. Click on the tab Campaigns and then, Show Campaigns.
Step 3. Click on the Settings icon for the Campaign desired.
Step 4. Scroll down to Section 12 - Leads and List Settings. You have an option to reset all the lists by clicking the button RESET ALL or if you wish to reset a single list only, you can simply click on the word Resetfor that particular list.
Step 5. Once you reset the list(s) in that Campaign you will get a notification with the results.
The leads which are still in a dialable status are now ready to be dialed again.
