Step 1. Login to the URL http://admin.safesoftsolutions.com using your Admin credentials.
Step 2. Click on the tab Leads and then, Form Maker.
Step 3. Select from the form that you want to edit from the drop down under Current Form and then, click on the Edit Form button.
Step 4. Click the ¯E icon on the right side of the field that you want to edit.
Step 5. From the Field Settings, you will be able to see some of the configuration for the field.
A. Field Name– this is where you can manually edit the name of the field.
B. Tags – select if you want this field to be tagged (First Name and last Name tagged fields are displayed onSearch for a Lead and Call Back Notification.
C. Allow Agent Search – If set to Yes the agent will see this field on their CRM so they can search leads based on value in this field
D. Lock this Field:
- Private (fix) - field is visible but agent cannot edit the value.
- Private- field is hidden from the agent
- Public- default field. Value is visible and editable on the agent side.
E. Default Value – you may set this field to be pre populated for your agents by entering a default value for this field here.
F. Field Validation - make selections to restrict fields to certain lengths or values. (Default) Leave blank for field to be unrestricted.
G. Save Changes – a button to apply the changes made on this field.
H. Move Field - if you wish to move this field to another group, make a selection from the drop down menu and press Move Field.
I. Delete Field – a button to delete the field in the form.
