We can manually set the system and allow it to call leads by their Time Zone. If a Client needs the system to only dial leads on a certain time zone, we can set the campaign's Max Call Attempts (Regional Dialing) to do so
Step 1. Login to the URL http://admin.safesoftsolutions.com using your Admin credentials.
Step 2. Go to the tab Campaign and then, Show Campaigns.
Step 3. Click on the Settings icon of the Campaign that you would like to edit.
Step 4. Scroll down to Section 12 – Leads and List Settings and select the drop down option for Set Maximum Call Attempts.
Example: If Eastern Daylight Savings (no max calls) is selected, the system will only dial numbers that are on Eastern Standard Time and No maximum call count will be set.
Max Call Limit can be set from 1 to 8 and is available on each Time Zone
