Step 1. Login to the URL http://admin.safesoftsolutions.com using your Admin credentials.
Step 2. Click on the tab Home and then, Status Summary.
Step 3. Select your Date range and Time range and then, click on the Run button.
It should provide you the report about all of the statuses selected by your agents including Total Login hours (wrap up time + pause time + talk time + wait time) and total number of calls based on that status.
