Step 1 : Login to URL http://admin.safesoftsolutions.com using your Admin credentials.
Step 2 : Click on the Campaigns and then, Show Campaigns.
Step 3: Click on the "Settings" icon for the Campaign to be modified.
Step 4: Scroll to Section 14 - Call Transfer Settings and click on the down arrow next to "Allow Inbound Groups" then, select Yes to show the In-Groups.
Step 5: Place a check mark in the box corresponding to the In-Group to be added to the campaign.
Step 6: Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the "Save Changes" button to save the changes.
