- With this feature, agent has the capability to view the script first without receiving any calls while on Preview mode. It will bypass the settings configured under the Call Launch Settings section.
Step 1. Create a script for your agent to read when talking to a lead.

Step 2. Assign the created script to the Campaign.
Click HERE on how to add a script to a campaign.
Step 3. Login as an agent on this URL http://agent.safesoftsolutions.com.
Step 4. Once you are successfully connected to the conference room, click on the GET LEAD button. TheSCRIPT LEAD tab will appear together with the Lead information.
Step 5. To view the configured script assigned to the Campaign, simply click on the Script Lead tab. Agent will now be able to review the script before calling the lead.
Note: This feature will bypass settings configured under the Call Launch Settings section as along as the configured script is selected in the field Select Script for This Campaign.
