Password change procedures for an agent by the Admin.
Step 1: Log into the URL http://admin.safesoftsolutions.com using your Admin credentials.
Step 2: Click on Users tab
Step3: Click on the settings icon for the agent to have the password changed.
Step 4: Change the password
Step5: Click Save Changes button to apply the settings.
Step 6: The following message will come up if the agent is logged into the market dialer
- Click OKto proceed
- Click Cancelto stop
If OK is clicked, a message will appear on the agent's screen and if no action is taken, the agent will be logged out.
