Step 1. Login to the URL http://admin.safesoftsolutions.com using your Admin credentials.
Step 2. Click the tab Users and then, Show Users.
Step 3. Select the Users that you want to view from the list.
Step 4. Scroll down to Call backs section and click on the View Call Backs button.
Step 5. It will now show you all the Personal and System call backs of the selected agents. It includes theDate Created, the Call Back Date and other information.
You can also narrow down your search by using the filter option (e.g. Date Created, Callback Date, Campaign, List, Personal only or System) and then, click on the Run button.
