Step 1. Log in to the URL http://admin.safesoftsolutions.com using your Admin credentials.
Step 2. Click on the tab Users and then, Show Users.
Step 3. Click on the icon under Settings of the user you want to configure.
Step 4. Scroll Down to "Agent Interface Option", then select the Users this Agent can chat with, then click on"Save Changes" button.
*note* you should enable chat for both the "SENDER" and the "RECEIVER"
Step 5. Log in to the Agent Interface using your agent credentials.
On the upper left hand corner of the screen, you should see an "Envelope" Icon.
Click on the "Envelope" icon, click on the "Arrow" button beside the name of the user you want to chat with.
A chat box will open. Enter your message on the spaces provided.
