This is how an admin can modify or change a user's log in credentials.
Step 1. Login into the URL http://admin.safesoftsolutions.com using your Admin credentials.
Step 2. Click User Tab
Step 3. Click on the Settings icon to the show User Credential.
Step 4. After clicking the settings icon it will show you the user's credential. (User ID,Full Name, Password, Email Address and Extension).
User ID - This is the username that the agent will use to login to the Cloud Contact Center Agent Interface. This is a non-editable field.
Full Name - This is the name assigned to the user.
Password - This is the password that the agent will use to login to the Agent Interface. (Must be letters and numbers only. Example abc123)
Email - This the email address assigned to the user.
Extension - This is the extension number assigned to the user either SIP or IAX2.
Note: You can also send the user's credential to the email address specified in the email field by clicking theSEND button.
