The call recordings for each call are located in the User Stats section.
Step 1: Login to the URL http://admin.safesoftsolutions.com using your Admin credentials.
Step 2: Click on "Users" tab on the main screen.
Step 3: Click on "Stats" which is located to the right of the user's ID
Step 4: Choose the Date, Agent, Call Types, and Status Type.
Step 5: Once the agents stats have compiled, scroll down to "Recordings for this time period" and find the recording links located on the right of the screen.
Below are two ways of listening to the recordings.
a: Click on the link (Click Here to Download File) and this will allow the recordings to be played from the web browser.
b: Save the file to the Computer. Right click on (Click Here to Download File) and choose "Save Link As...".
b 2: Choose where to save the file and what to name it.
Note: Audio recordings are to be available within 24 hours from the time of the call. In most cases the recordings are available within 2-3 hours from the time of the call and are available for 30 days after the call.
