Step 1. Login to the URL http://admin.safesoftsolutions.com using your Admin credentials.
Step 2. Go to tab Campaigns and then, Show Campaigns.
Step 3. Click on the pencil icon Settings of the Campaign that you want to configure.
Step 4. Scroll down to Section 5 - Answering Machine Detection (AMD) and on Answering Machine Message, click the word Click Here. Browse the location where you saved your personalized message and double click the file to upload.
Note: Sound File must be WAV or MP3 format. The recommended file size is 5Mb due to browser limitations during the upload.

If the Admin is pleased with this feature and would like to use the automated system option which is indicated below. Please contact the Account Executive to learn more on how this feature works.
Note: You may want to consider turning off the Answering Machine detection so that your Agents will receive answering machine calls and be able to manually play the recorded message.
