6.1. Agent Interface Summary Button
Talk Time and Status: This is where you are able to see the total counts for the day including a grand total for status count and hours and minutes of talk time occurred
Login/Logout Time: This keeps track of the login/logout to the Agent Interface for the day and gives you a grand total for hours/minutes as shown below.
Calls for this time period: This will show you the information of the leads who you have spoken to for the day. You could View or Open a lead from here
View allows you to see and print the lead if needed
Open allows you to open the lead to make changes or call back if needed
Other information you see here is the total talk time, current status, phone number, campaign that they are from and lead id
