Preview Dial allows the agent to control the dialing of leads. When enabled, the agent will preview the lead in the Agent Interface, then will manually dial the lead to make contact.
To activate and use this feature, follow these steps:
Step 1. Login to the URL http://admin.safesoftsolutions.com using your Admin credentials.
Step 2. Click on the tab Campaigns and then, Show Campaigns.
Step 3. Click on Settings which is located to the right of the Active Campaign.
Step 4. Go to Section - 3 Dialer Speed and choose Preview for the Dial Type.
Allow Inbound Calls - by selecting YES, this will allow the agent to receive inbound calls while on Preview mode. START DIALER button will be show in the Agent Interface as they login.
Step 5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Save Changes button to apply the settings.
****NOTE: There is a restriction in place that will not allow the dial type to be switched TO or FROM preview mode while agents are logged in. All agents must be logged off the campaign before switching this option.
