Eyebeam Configuration for Noise Cancellation
Step 1. Right click on the EyeBeam telephone screen and click on Settings
Step 2. Navigate to SIP Accounts and enter your SIP information. Once done click on Enable this SIP Account then click Apply.
Step 3. Collapse the new SIP account you created and navigate to Firewall/NAT. Uncheck Enable ICE
Step 4. Finally, go to Media, Audio and then, General. To filter background noise, check Enable microphone noise reduction. Finally, click on Apply and then, OK to save the changes.
NOTE: You may also uncheck AGC so you will have full control over your volume.
