How Dial-In Agents Connect to Cloud Contact Center
Dial-in connection works by using a landline phone to connect to our server. Your account will need to be configured with a dial-in number.
Please contact your account executive for assistance with this request.
Once your Dial number has been established for your account, the instructions below will show you how to login.
Step 1. Login to the URL http://agent.safesoftsolutions.com using your User credentials.
Step 2. Select your Dial-In/Number from the extensions drop down > Choose a Campaign > ClickSubmit
Step 3. Wait for your 2 step process of dialing into the system to show
- Call (XXX) XXX-XXXX
- Enter the provided Pin Number on the screen and press "#" on the phone
Step 4. The message when connected will be "Pin Number Accepted, you are the only one in this conference"
