How to Transfer a Lead to a Pre-recorded Message
Step 1. While on a Live call and ready to transfer the lead, left click on the Transfer / Conference button on the right side of your screen.
Step 2. From the pop – up window, click on the button Transfer to Message to blind transfer the lead.
After clicking on " Transfer to Message" and selecting the pre-recorded audio message from the drop down box, the disposition window will pop up where agents can select a status for the call and move on to the next call.
