To use the Preview Dial feature; Follow these steps:
Step 1. Log in to the URL http://agent.safesoftsolutions.com using your User credentials.
Step 2. Click on Get Lead button.
Get Lead - to get the next lead on the lead list that is available for calling.
Start Dialer - will allow the agent to receive inbound calls.
Note : Start Dialer button will only appear on the dialer if the agent is logged in to a campaign with Inbound calling turned on.
Step 3. The lead information will populate on the Current Call screen and the agent can place a manual call as normal. Move your mouse pointer over the Call Lead tab.
Step 4. Click on the number you wish to dial: Home Phone, Cell Phone, or Work Phone
After the call is completed and dispositioned, the agent will click the Preview Next Lead button again to get the next lead.
There will be one more final prompt to save all lead data before getting the next lead.
***NOTE: The agent will get a message to notify the admin if there are no dialable leads.
