The hopper out of leads notification been improved so once the system detects that the hopper is out of leads it will check the database to find out why and generate a dynamic message to the agent indicating the correct action to fix the problem.
The 4 scenarios are:
- Reset Lead Lists
- Campaign Lead Filter or Local Call Time
- No Active Lists
- Hopper was recently reset or hopper level is too low
RESET LEAD LISTS
When the hopper is out of leads and finds leads that would otherwise match all the dial status settings but a called since last reset of "Y" this message will be generated for the agents. Even if some leads were omitted by the campaign lead filter or local cal time if any leads will be dialable again by resetting the leads list then this message will be displayed.
CAMPAIGN LEAD FILTER/LOCAL CALL TIME
If when the hopper is out of leads and all matching leads that would have other wise been dialable but were omitted by the campaign filter or local time this message will be generated for the agent. This message will only be displayed if no leads are dialable after resetting the lead lists.
NO ACTIVE LISTS
If the hopper is out of leads and the system detects that it is because they have no active lists in the campaign this message will be generated for the agent.
HOPPER LEVEL/HOPPER RESET
If the hopper is out of leads but there are leads that would otherwise be dialable then it is either due to the hopper recently being reset or due to the hopper level not being high enough and they run out leads before it can refresh. If this happens this message will be generated for the agent.
