After each call is completed, the recording is placed into a queue for compression. The size of the recording, and the number of files already in queue (we may be processing hundreds or even thousands of files) will affect how much time it will take to complete. Once the audio file is compressed, it is then transferred to our storage array.
Depending on the number of calls being processed by the servers, there may be a delay in the availability of the recordings. In the overwhelming majority of cases, this process is completed in less than 30 minutes, however, longer times can be experienced.
