Step 1. Login to the URL http://admin.safesoftsolutions.com using your Admin credentials.
Step 2. Click on the Account Settings option located on the top right corner of the page.
Step 3. Scroll down and look for the Wrap Up Message Delay and Wrap Up Message section
Step 4. Click the Save Settings button to apply the changes.
- When the agent is on the disposition screen and once that time has been reached they will see a bright pop window letting them know they have exceeded the desired wrap up time.
- The window is draggable to move out of view but will only go away once they have selected a status and finished the lead.
