Clients have a one day grace period that allows them to log into the system the next day if their renewal got declined.
- The account at that point will stay active but will have no active licenses.
- The day of when the licenses expired and were not renewed will have a pending invoice.
- The system looks to see if this is the day the license expired for that user and has a pending invoice and gives them that single day grace period to still use the system and a chance to pay for their pending invoice.
This is to help customers who have a debit card on file that need to get refilled and have not had the chance to do it or forgot to do so.
