Agent Cannot Login to the Dialer: No Available Extension Message
When agent tries to login to the Agent Dialer, he will receive this message "No Available Extension."
This usually happen if ever there is No extension assigned to the user.
To resolve this, you need to assign an extension to the User by clicking the Add and either select SIP or IAX2 and then, click on theUpdatebutton.
Selected extension will show now and the message No Available Extension should disappear when agent tries to login to the Agent Dialer.Re-provision the server if still facing some issue logging in to the selected extension.
