How to Upload Safe Harbor Message
Customer should have sent to us the Safe Harbor Message and it should be already saved in your PC before you proceed.
Step 1. Access the client account through SSC.
Step 2. Go to Dialer Details and then, click the tab Add Addition.
Step 3. Click the drop down arrow in field Type and select Safe Harbor. Select also the Campaign where you want the recording to be associated. If not campaign specific is selected, the Safe Harbor message will apply to all Campaigns.
Step 4. Click the Browse button and locate the customer 's recording saved in your PC.
Step 5. Click on the Update Account button located on the bottom right side of the page to save the changes.
