This article will show you how to prepare your leads list and convert it to a Comma Separated Values file (.CSV)
For your leads list, you will need to make sure that these characters are not in the list.

For question marks (?), you will need to make sure you can delete these manually or make sure they are not added to the list. Using "Replace All" will actually remove all values from the list.
Then, open the Excel file you want to save as a CSV - Comma Separated Values file.
Click File and select Save As.
Choose a folder or location where you want to save the file.
When the Save As window loads, type the name of your file into the File Name field and then, click the drop-down arrow next to Save as type select CSV (Comma Delimited Values) (*.csv).
Click on Save.
Click OK to confirm your understanding that CSV files can't save multiple sheets and that only the active sheet will be saved. Click Yes to confirm that certain aspects of the spreadsheet may not be compatible with the CSV file type.
