List mix is a feature which allows you to prioritize calling on a list or lists within a campaign. Within List Mix, you can select a percentage of how much a list will be dialed as compared to other lists within the campaign. Please Note: If you turn off a list from the campaign, you will need to edit the list mix and remove the turned off list from the mix.
From the Admin Dashboard, click on Call Center and select Campaigns from the drop down menu.
Click on the Campaign name or Action Button and go into the campaign settings.
In Campaign settings, click on the Leads Tab.
Click on Create List Mix.
Configure the following:
- Name: Descriptive name for this List Mix
- Method: pattern the list mix will follow
- Random
- Even Mix
- In Order
Configure the following:
- List – Select the Lists you wanted to include in the mix
- Usage % – Percentage of leads that will fill up the hopper
- Dialable Statuses – Select the dialable statuses for these lists
Add or Delete Lists if needed.
Click on Apply Changes.
Click again Leads Tab and scroll down to Set Lead Calling Order.
Use List Mix set it to Enable.
Click on Apply Changes.
